The versatile and powerful Echelon Diamond Power Burner is perfect for stock pots, woks, and more. The inner and outer natural gas ring burners combine for a total of 60,000 BTUs. The inner ring has a range of 3,000 to 15,000 BTUs, while the outer ring has a maximum of 45,000 BTUs. It features back-lit control knobs on elegantly designed black glass facing for modern style that matches its performance. Stainless Steel cooking grids are included as well as a stainless steel lid to protect the interior of the unit from the elements. This Power Burner hooks up to Fire Magic Echelon Diamond Series Grills or can be wired individually with using a separate power supply box (sold separately).
